By accessing or using any Splocket product or service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users of Splocket products including Echo, Aegis, Nexus, and Kinetic.
Splocket provides a suite of customer experience operations software products. Services are provided on a subscription basis and subject to the plan you select. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@splocket.com. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

Our Services are offered on subscription plans with varying features and limits. Plan details, pricing, and limits are described on our pricing pages and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Free trials are available for new accounts only. Trial limitations apply as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
You retain ownership of all data you input into our Services. By using our Services you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve our Services. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
All Splocket products, software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by Splocket and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent. Your use of our Services does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook), Apple, Shopify, Trustpilot, and others. Your use of those integrations is subject to those platforms' own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Data deletion will proceed as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
